Can how many can ride? There are three horses currently available, one is for Chaz and the other two are available. Only one person can ride a horse at a time.

Can I choose the horse I can ride? Yes you can choose between Sierra or Thunder.

Can I ride Shadow? Shadow is reserved for Chaz only. The reason is that a horse gets used to a particular rider and has great reactions and responses that particular rider.

Can I ride naked? Yes you can ride naked if you wish. However I ask that you put something between you and my saddles. Riding naked sounds fun but realize horses roll in dirt, swim in the ponds and generally their hairs can be irratating to some people's skin.

What attire should I wear? Loose fitting jeans are the best to go riding. Closed toed shoes are a must.

Can I get hurt riding? Yes, you can asside from the horse possibily stepping on you, they can kick, bite, run into brush or close to trees, they can stumble or fall and you can get minor injuries but you can also be seriously hurt or killed by horses. It is imparative that you obey the commands of the lead rider (Chaz).

Can I ride bareback? No, these horses are not accostumed to a rider without a saddle. All saddles and equipment will be provided and explained.

Can I ride a horse without prior horse riding experience? Yes, you can and will ride the first time you sign up. Everyone riding at Horseshoe Ridge, will attend a short riding seminar prior to riding.

Can I go off on my own with a horse and ride? No, all times that the horses will be ridden will only be ridden while in the company of the lead rider.

Can I run the horse (gallop)? No, I ask that you do not put your horse into a gallop.
