I have Vitiligo (google it, and it's not contagious), I'm wondering if there is anyone else that goes to CCC that has Vit, I would love to hear from you. | 8 | Another great year at the canyon Hi friends young and old and ones we don't even know. We are so excited about canyon about to open for 2013 Mike and I are really looking forward to seeing all our old canyon friends and making new ones cant wait to get the campfire going and hearing all the stories from everyone. We will be arriving at the canyon on March 8th i will be there all week and Mike and I will be there through March 17th. I know that there will not be a full house that weekend but we would like to invite anyone who is at the canyon on March 16th to a Chilly supper held at our site #201 to start off the year. So we will provide the chilly crackers and Beer bowls and spoons you provide the company and what ever else you would like to bring to eat or drink. We will have the fire gong big and bright. If the weather is rainy or snowy we will move it to the cafe if i can arrange it with the management. the chilly and fire and good friends will make it warm no matter what... I can only take one in my truck. I have two tents and camping supplies. If you have never been to the campground you will love it. The camp and owners are great but it's the other campers that make it special. Just a great group of guys. Allan |

| 20 | Easter Bonnet Contest..... Hey, we had so much fun at the chili supper march 16 had about 20 show up for dinner had lots of good stuff brought by other campers thanks to all who came and made our little event a success. So we had so much fun we thought we would try another Easter Bonnet contest and Easter Egg hunt. on March 30th at our camper in site 201 we did this a couple of years ago and had a lot of fun. We will give a cash prize for the best Bonnet. and for those who participate in the bonnet contest you will be able to enter the Easter egg hunt and the Easter Eggs will have cash in them so the more eggs you find the more cash you get. (but you must wear your Easter Bonnet while hunting for eggs) No Bonnet no cash prizes. The contest will start at 3PM and we will serve bunny juice and Easter candy. all are welcome the more the merrier So get in touch with your creative side and come join the fun. Mike and Loren. From what it looks like the last weekend of May 2013 at least 8 and up to 12 guys from COMO (aka Columbia Mo) will invade the canyon. I hope the canyon is ready for the invasion of us. So excited at least 3 new guys will be in the group. We hope since its just after a big weekend that there will be a bunch of guys joining us in the canyon. rad |

Have been to private men's nudist resorts before but having one this close to St. Louis is exceptional. Live in Alton, IL and looking forward to experiencing the campground and all the people who will be visiting. | 49 | It's that time again! It's been one year since my first and only visit to Cactus Canyon. (May 17, 18, 19). Not sure WHEN I'm coming back, hopefully June but we'll see. I enjoyed meeting new friends and stayed in the Lodge because I have no camping gear and have never slept in a tent in my life. |

| 55 | Scooter Scooter, the doggie - who let Craig & Joseph live with him and take him to RV 101 for 14 years in a row passed to doggie heaven, May 17, 2013. He loved going for a ride in the truck to the canyon, had his own seat, put doggie nose marks on the windows, loved his sonic burger (no bun or condiments please)on the way, and really perked up when the truck pulled onto the creek side road from the highway to Ava. Many of you met him as he took the boy for walks down the road, greeted his fellow doggies with spirited barks, & wrapped hotties in his leash. No matter which of us or both went to canyon -he made sure he ALWAYS went. We'll miss our little doggie. Craig & Joseph |
