She is livable as is but would be a great restoration project, an excellent permanent place here in Cactus Canyon. A true classic, she was considered the "Cadillac" of mobile homes in her time. I had bought her with that in mind, fell in love the moment I laid eyes on her but I am moving to CA due to Family and have no place to put her.
