You will be asked to show your drivers license to verify information on your first visit. All information is private and confidential.

Deposits are required on Cabins, Bunk House Rooms and Lodge rentals in the amount of one half the total for the stay. We will phone you to secure the amount of deposit to reserve your accommodation. If you already have used your credit card at "The Canyon" then we may already have your credit card on file. Click here to go to the box to un-check if you do not wish us to use your card on file. Deposits are required to reserve RV sites and tent with electric sites in the amount of $30 per visit. We will phone you to secure the amount of deposit to reserve your accommodation. Our cancellation policy on all deposits made to Cactus Canyon Campground are as follows: All refunds on deposits are applied towards future reservations at the campground in the year of reserve. If a cancellation is made 15 days or more prior to your stay with us you are entitled to 100%, 8 to 14 days notice you are entitled to 50% and 7 days or less you forfeit your deposit. Any no shows for any accommodations with a deposit will affect any future reservations you make. Please remember *The front gate will be closed and locked at 10 pm and reopened at 8 am. We reserve the right to not allow entry after 10pm. Please see that if you are coming in late that you arrive before 10pm. Otherwise plan your arrival for the next morning. We appreciate this as we can not be available for registration after 10pm and for security purposes we do not allow the gate to be unlocked. Please plan your reservations accordingly. If there is no one at the gate area to register you anytime during the day time after stopping at the store, please go and set up and come back at the store hours to register. Pets are allowed, but they MUST be leashed at all times or we will ask you to leave. Plus you MUST clean up after your animal and dispose of the refuse appropriately.
