Rates

Cactus Canyon Campground is a private membership only campground. The accommodations at the campground vary. It is highly suggested that you reserve your accommodation to guarantee that you have your accommodation when you get here. The costs to reserve vary with type of accommodation. Please see the individual types available.

There is a $10 annual membership fee. Everyone tenting or RVing pays a flat rate of $16 per night per person for a non holiday rate and $22 per night per person for holiday rate.

Holiday weekends include Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day and begin on Friday and go through Monday.

Deposits are highly suggested for all accommodations other than primitive tent sites. Deposits will guarantee that your accommodation is available at the time of your arrival. Deposits are defined as a partial payment made at the time of reserving an accommodation; the balance to be paid later. A deposit is a payment given as a guarantee that an obligation will be met, i.e. you will arrive to use your reserved accommodation.

There are 36 RV sites with 30/50 amp electrical service, water and sewer. They rent for $9 per day per site in addition to your per person rate. Reserve your site with a deposit for your next stay with your credit card now. Deposit is $30. See cancellation policy.

The Lodge (picture below) is available. It is a private heated/ac room with a kitchenette, satellite TV, shower and tub, full bed, own front deck, linens provided for one or two person rental of $70 per night non-holiday rate, $85 per night holiday rate. Reservations and a deposit are required. Cost to reserve the lodge is 1/2 of the cost of your intended stay. See cancellation policy. Holiday and main event weekend require a two night stay. Check out is 12 noon and Check in is 3pm.

Five cabins are available. Each cabin has a full bed, resin chairs, and small refrigerator. You bring your own linens and bedding. Rental is $50/night for one/two person rental for non-holiday weekends. Rental for holiday is $60/night for one/two persons. Reservations and deposits are required. Cost to reserve with a deposit your cabin is 1/2 of the cost of your intended stay. See cancellation policy. Holiday and main event weekend require a two night stay. Cabins include a full bed, chairs, indoor/outdoor lighting. These cabins do not include plumbing or AC/heating. Check out is 12 noon and Check in is 3pm.

We have an 9 room Dormitory. These rooms are individual sleeping rooms under one roof. These rooms are furnished with a bed, screen window, electrical outlets, lighting, lockable doors. These rooms do not include plumbing or AC/heating. There is a community area for campfire and picnic area for residents plus a community refrigerator available. Rental is $45/night for one/two person rental for non-holiday weekends. Rental for holiday is $55/night for one/two persons. Reservations and deposits are required. Interior of the white room. Each room is painted a different color from white, gray to black and the six colors of pride: Red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple. The rooms average 10 foot by 9 foot and have a full sized extra long mattress with bed spread and mattress cover. Just need to bring your own sheets, blanket and pillows.

The "Canyon" also has tents for rent for $8 per night. So if you wish to come and enjoy and not have to purchase a tent, don't worry as we have one for you. These tents have plenty of space. Just bring your pillows and sleeping bag and your are set. Please call to reserve a tent for you. There is a $5 set up fee and a $5 take down fee if you wish for us to handle set up and take down. (Tents may vary from what is in the picture)

Cactus Canyon Campground does not have day or evening rates available. If you wish to come out to "The Canyon" you will be asked to pay for a full day pass and you may leave any time prior to the gate locking at 10pm.

Reservations with a two night minimal stay are required for all event weekends.

We offer a frequent CCC camper pass for $144 for 10 nights. Additional fee of $6.00 per per night will be added for holiday weekends. These are only available up until June 30th and must be used in the year of issue.

Gift Certificates are available for camping at "The Canyon". If you wish to give one for a holiday gift, we will send it directly to them. E-mail us below and we will get the needed information from you.
If you have an active membership that was purchased prior to your arrival at the campground and you bring a new member/camper, we will credit $15 to your account that can be applied towards your camping fees or other items purchased at the "Canyon". You must mention at time of registration to acquire the credit.

We have Seasonal camper sites available. But, if you wish to know more about what we offer, prices etc. please inquire. It is possible to build decks and create your own space outdoors.

We accept Master Card and VISA credit/debit cards. Minimal amount of charge accepted is $10. We now offer a tab system here. Just present your credit card to staff at registration and forget bringing your billfold to the store or cafe.

Vendors - We appreciate a notice that you will be attending Cactus Canyon Campground and notifying us as to what you are intending to sell. A base vending fee of $50 will be accessed at time of registration to all vendors.

We do not accept personal checks. Please bring cash or credit.

No refunds are available due to rain for any camping or float trips or early departures.

Cancellation policy on all deposits made to Cactus Canyon Campground are as follows:

All refunds on deposits are applied towards future reservations at the campground in the year of reserve. If a cancellation is made 15 days or more prior to your stay with us you are entitled to 100%, 8 to 14 days notice you are entitled to 50% and 7 days or less you forfeit your deposit. Any no shows for any accommodations with a deposit will affect any future reservations you make. Top of page

You must be 21 years of age or older and will be asked to furnish proof of age and accept the basic camping rules prior to admission to the campground. The basic rules of the campground will be enforced. The front gate will be closed and locked at 10 pm and reopened at 8 am. We reserve the right to not allow entry after 10pm. Please see that if you are coming in late that you arrive before 10pm. Otherwise plan your arrival for the next morning. We appreciate this as we can not be available for registration after 10pm and for security purposes we do not allow the gate to be unlocked. If there is no one at the gate area to register you anytime during the day time after stopping at the store, please go and set up and come back at the store hours to register.

We accept no responsibility for accidents, damage, injury or loss of any kind while camping or using any of the facilities or equipment at Cactus Canyon Campground.
