Christmas in July Weekend/ Show Me Bears Annual campout
Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Merry Christmas Everyone. The campground goes Holiday! There are RV sites, Cabins, Dorms and Tent sites all decorated for the holiday season. Dig out your Christmas Decorations and come set up to enjoy the season with fellow campers. Prizes will be awarded for 1st and 2nd place winners.
We kick off this holiday on Friday with a pool side dance on Friday night. Saturday the Show Me Bears of St. Louis put on a campground wide cook out at the pool for everyone in the campground. Immediately following the wonderful dinner, the Christmas Gift Exchange begins. Bring a gift valued between $15- $25 to enter the exchange. Santa will be here to help in the event in passing out the gifts. This exchange is done like the "dirty Santa" of many home parties, but the gifts can be a bit more risque then your family party exchange.
Sunday at the camp store will be posted the winners for the best site decorations and prizes will be awarded out.
Following the gift exchange Saturday, the music will continue with DJ "Martin" on into the night from 8pm - 12am
Hot tub/Sauna will be in full action for the day/night along with a community fire at the fire pit. Come and enjoy the camaraderie.
