There is a three night requirement for a reservation to include Friday, Saturday and Sunday for the following holidays, Memorial Day Weekend, 4th of July Weekend and Labor Day Weekend. For those holidays, there is a priority will be given first to those meeting those requirements. All others will be held on file and be notified a week prior if there is accommodations still open. We are sorry to not be able to offer a lesser reserve possibilities for those weekends.

Deposit Information

A Deposit is required on all Improved tent sites in the amount of $30.  With no deposit, there would be no guarantee that your accommodations you seek will be available upon your arrival. We therefore highly suggest you reserve with a deposit. Please submit your credit card information below. We require you to enter your information even if you have been here before. Important Information

After hitting the Submit button and getting a message about your successful submission of info, hit your back button to return to this page. If you provided the correct information required for your reservation, you will get a confirmation via your e-mail address listed in the reserve information in up to 24 hours after submission. Please allow for e-mails to be put in your in box rather then your spam folder for mail(at)cactuscanyoncampground.com.

Cancelation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation policy on all deposits made to Cactus Canyon Campground are as follows:

All refunds on deposits are applied towards future reservations at the campground in the year of reserve. If a cancellation is made 15 days or more prior to your stay with us you are entitled to 100%, 8 to 14 days notice you are entitled to 50% and 7 days or less you forfeit your deposit. Any no shows for any accommodations with a deposit will affect any future reservations you make.

Gate and Registration Policy

Please remember the front gate will be closed and locked at 10 PM and reopened at 8 am. We reserve the right to not allow entry after 10pm. Please see that if you are coming in late that you arrive before 10pm. Otherwise plan your arrival for the next morning. We appreciate this as we can not be available for registration after 10pm and for security purposes we do not allow the gate to be unlocked. Please plan your reservations accordingly.

The office has store hours that are posted on the store front for registration. If however you arrive and there is no one at the store/gate area to register you (they may not be in the window so please stop and check the door) then please go and set up and come back at the store hours to register. There is also a phone present outside the store to call for assistance.


Pet Policy

Pets are allowed, but they Must be leashed at all times or we will ask you to leave. Plus you Must clean up after your animal and dispose of their refuew appropriately. No pets will abe allowed to bark to the point of distrubance. If the owner can not keep their pet quiet, they will be asked to leave.
